LVMH Considers Sale of Fenty Beauty

Hires Evercore to mull options.

LVMH is exploring the sale of its 50% stake in Fenty Beauty, according to Reuters. Singer Rihanna founded Fenty Beauty in 2017 with backing from Kendo, an LVMH brand. During the past eight years, Fenty grew to include makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance. According to sources, LVMH is working with investment bank Evercore.
